Terms of use
Draft for parent review. Last updated October 2026.
Draft. The parent should review these terms, ideally with legal advice, before launch and before selling any product.
Using this website
The Banana Bros website is run by the brothers' parent. By using it, you agree to these terms. Children should use the site with a parent's or carer's permission.
Our creations
The artwork, stories, characters, puzzles, designs, videos, logo and the Banana Bros name are original work owned by Banana Bros. You're welcome to:
- look at, share links to and talk about our work
- try our craft ideas and puzzles at home or in class
- print free activities we publish for personal or classroom use
Please don't copy, sell, republish or use our work, characters or logo to make other products without written permission from the parent.
Printables and products
Paid printables are for the buyer's own household or classroom unless the product says otherwise. Prices, availability and delivery details are confirmed by the parent before you pay.
Buying and supporting
- Only adults (18 or over) may pay. Payments are taken by Paystack in Ghana cedis, into an account managed by the brothers' parent.
- Buying a piece: you offer a price at or above the minimum shown. The first confirmed payment buys the piece; it is an original, so there is only one. A parent will contact you to arrange delivery or collection. If two people pay at almost the same moment, the second is offered a full refund.
- Supporting the artist: a support payment is a gift towards the boys' materials and projects. It doesn't buy anything, isn't a charitable donation and isn't refundable, unless it was made by mistake.
- Buying an original doesn't transfer copyright: Banana Bros keeps the right to show the piece and its photos.
Safety
Some crafts use scissors, craft knives, glue or paint. Children should always make them with an adult nearby, and an adult should handle anything sharp.
Links to other sites
We link to YouTube and, when products are available, to secure payment pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Questions? Contact the parent from the For Parents page.
